Grigori Rasputin is a character in Das Pacito AMV Warriors, originally from real life. He was locked up in Karl Marx's secret vault due to his knowledge of OC technology.
History
One day around the end of World War II, he approached Karl Marx and Doctor Joe and told them the secrets of OC technology. Marx considered the knowledge too dangerous and locked him up. However, Doctor Joe remained interested in the formula, and later made Vladimir Lenin go into the vault and retrieve the formula from Rasputin under the pretense of being able to bring back the dead. Rasputin was casual and open to giving away the formula, although he had developed delusions that he had a cellmate named Jimmy.[1]
