The Squirrel is a species / character who commonly appears in the Pong games, starting with Pong Easy Bro. It is a resident of Pongland, and thus exists across all dimensions; it's shown up in the remix tree, untitled tree (both on its own and as part of the Groovy Goblin), and in the Boyd Simulator tree.
History (Pongland)
In Pongland, and thus in every possible dimension, it bounced off the edges of the screen, and the Diver worked to prevent it from reaching the bottom. If the squirrel reached the bottom of the screen, the player would be killed.[1]
History (untitled world)
It formed part of the Groovy Goblin, an entity that teleported through three locations in the untitled world and killed the untitled girl if she touched it.[2] It later appeared on its own as the final obstacle to the dance stage, and the only way to make it disappear was to step on the correct sequence of arrows.[3]
History (Boyd's world)
They ate several copies of Boyd Cooper in Boyd's world and wore their hats.[4]
History (remix world)
While on a journey from the remix world to Boyd's world, the Guitaf turned into a squirrel.[5]
