August Derleth is a character in Das Pacito AMV Warriors, originally an author from real life known for his connections to the works of H.P. Lovecraft.
History
Sometime before Christmas 1921, August Derleth approached Thomas Nast who was sitting on a bench. Derleth sat next to Nast and told him about eldritch horrors, as well as about Santa Claus. Thereafter, Nast remained haunted by Derleth's words.[1]
