Noboru Mochizuki is a character in Das Pacito AMV Warriors, originally from Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe (a spinoff of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure). He is notable for saying "There ain't no bees!", an inside joke among the Scratch users.
History
As Mengele's OCs were ravaging Stalingrad, forming a swarm of bees, a sandwich server gave Mochizuki a grilled cheese he'd ordered, but missing the cheese. Mochizuki first complained about the lack of cheese, and then said "there ain't no bees!"[1]
