Barney Calhoun is a character from Half-Life who appears in the remix tree alongside Kleiner. The two of them appear as modified versions of Scratch Cat.
History
He guarded a captcha, telling Gordon Freeman he couldn't go through without his hazard suit. When Gordon successfully solved the captcha, he relented and let Gordon through.[1]
He later talked with Kleiner in a canyon, while Tera and Penguin flew around behind the two of them making noise.[2]
