r/CursedScratchProjects is a project in the remix tree, and the sixteenth in the main branch. It is notable for introducing Avocado Ian, Paula, and Toast, who would go on to become mascots for the tree.

Along with several other projects, its plot was included in Avocado Ian's rant in a nüeu paradigm of remicc!, [a.s.m.r. eliminated].

Summary

In a grassy landscape, a bus controlled by the player drives by Avocado Ian, who says "shut the up," then by Toast, who asks how to turn off his toaster, and finally Paula, who says "do you know the Poffin Plan?" The bus then flies into the air and is given a code, and the player must click the correctly numbered buttons. Finally, the player is given a captcha to solve with the words "inglip summoned", and the project ends.

Trivia

• "Do you know the Poffin Plan?" is an edited line of dialogue from Half-Life. It's a reference to an episode of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl that turtlehat found memorably confounding due to how simultaneously good and bad it was.
• Avocado Ian, Toast, and Paula are not yet given their names in this project; instead, they're referred to in the code as "tennisball", "fella", and "gerard".
• The "inglip summoned" captcha is a real captcha that became an internet meme.
• The background is from Starbound.
