Vincent Tong is a voice actor from real life who appears in the remix tree. Along with Dan and Frank, he was one of only three known survivors of the Grunkle Impact.
History

Frank later exclaimed his name right before Grunkle Stan caused the Fourth Impact,[2] and right on cue, he appeared after the Impact to disprove Dan's claim that he and Frank were the only two people left remaining. If Dan is to be believed, the people who survived the Impact did so because of how insanely cool they were.[3]
