Mao Zedong is a character in Das Pacito AMV Warriors, originating from real life. He is the tyrannical and self-obsessed leader of China.
History
When China was invited to the first meeting of the Das Pacitos, he didn't send a representative; instead, he cut off all communications with Karl Marx and asked Marx to come meet him. Once Marx, Trotsky, and Lenin arrived in China, he explained that he'd been too busy preparing for China's Great Leap Forward to send a representative.[1]
He then proceeded to take the trio to an arena to pit them against Tsathoggua, making clear that it had all been a trap. While repeating self-aggrandizing phrases to himself, he watched the fight unfold, including Marx's death and Trotsky and Lenin's escape; he told his army to catch them, but the army refused on the grounds that their feet hurt. The area was then nuked by Stalin, who Trotsky had unwittingly asked for help.[1]
