Hotaru Tomoe is a character from Sailor Moon who appears in the remix tree.
History
Controlled by the player, Hotaru was the last in a chain of Sailor Senshi who successively worked to prevent Avocado Ian from reaching the bottom of the screen, which would kill the player.[1]
