Ms. Blue Sky
Pico Pascal is a character in the remix tree. He is a default Scratch character who first appeared in a few distorted backgrounds; he would later become the star of his own series of platformer games, the Pico's Bizarre Adventure games. Oftentimes he used to hang out and have adventures in Pico's world, but has done so less over time.
Stand
Za Hando

In one project, Pico had a Stand called Za Hando, as a reference to The Hand from JoJo's. It seemingly had no physical form, and allowed him to erase any part of the level he wished. It is unclear if he still has this Stand.

Ms. Blue Sky
Pico's Stand, Ms. Blue Sky, also known as All Ye Faithful in Pico's Christmas Adventure 3, is a non-sentient Stand, whose physical appearance is identical to that of Tera. Pico gains it from falling onto a Stand arrow, and it follows him around for the duration of the Christmas levels, though he is also shown to be able to use it outside of the game's world.
It has the ability to phase through walls and objects directly in front of Pico: it will try to find the nearest spot in front of Pico that he can stand in, and if it can't find anything within a certain range, it simply won't do anything. Outside of the game, Pico has also been shown to use it in order to move with teleportation-like speed, suggesting that it can have a faster and longer teleport than what is depicted in the Pico games.
History
Pico appeared in the background of a few projects along with some dancers.[1]
Later on, he appeared in Pico's world: a simplistically-drawn world, with white backgrounds, dark shapes, and red lava. He avoided obstacles as the player character in a platforming game, and once he got through all of them, he landed on a beach, where Anina also was. Anina told him to climb a mountain, and once he did so, it turned out Avocado Ian was there to help him unlock the code to an elevator. Once he entered the code, he got into the elevator and left.[2] He would later go platforming in this world again and experience several expansions of it,[3] including a Christmas-themed modification of the world where he gained a Stand called All Ye Faithful[4] (later to be renamed Ms. Blue Sky).[5]
In a compilation volume of every level created up until that point, he encountered a being known as the Guardian of the Portal, who attempted to prevent Pico from getting keys that allowed him to go through the portal to the next level. However, Pico found a way to get through the level every time, enraging the Guardian. The Guardian then attempted to outright kill him, but Pico was able to make it to the end.[5]
They were also involved in a dance party started by G-Man.[6]
Relationships
Anina Arquaz
Anina and Pico don't seem to know each other very well, but Anina was glad to help Pico out when he was lost on a beach; throughout their whole conversation, Pico retained his trademark grin.[2]
Guardian of the Portal
The Guardian of the Portal was initially cordial to Pico, introducing himself kindly. However, when Pico kept going through portals despite the Guardian's protests, their relationship quickly deteriorated. Over time, the Guardian tried to stop Pico in more and more intense ways, and eventually announced he hated Pico, while trying to kill him.[5]
Avocado Ian
The details of Pico and Ian's relationship are relatively vague, but they seem to be friends. Ian is happy to have Pico around,[7] and when Pico was stuck on a beach, Ian helped him find the way out.[2]
Paula Denton
Paula and Pico are friends.[8]
