Wheatley is a default Scratch sprite who appears in the remix tree.
He appeared in je m'apple despačito [PORTAL VERSION] [EXCLUSIVE LIMITED EDITION], a project which would normally be considered noncanon, but his presence in the remix world seems to have been canonized by his inclusion in character compilations during projects like Despito the Musical - Vanilla on Ice! HD 180p Trailer.
History
In a questionably canon project, he appeared floating in space, and, protesting, was flung by the player into a house from the Wastelands.
