These pages all refer to remices that have a lowercase first letter and illegal characters in the title, thus warranting a display title. The switch to case-insensitivity created redirect pages with lowercase names, which are now inaccessible since the "proper" page, with an uppercase first letter in the technical title, overrides any attempt to access them.
