Noriaki Tenmei Guangli Kakyoin, often referred to as just Kakyoin, is a character from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure who appears in the remix tree.

History

He was filming a movie based on the JoJo's game Eyes of Heaven with Pannacotta Fugo, most likely with other JoJo characters. Holly Wood was about to prescribe Avocado Ian medication, when Kakyoin showed up wearing sunglasses, cherry earrings, and Sex Pistol #4 earrings. He started being creepy, but Fugo got annoyed with him and dragged him back to the movie set.[1]

Trivia

  • Kakyoin's given name was originally intended to be Tenmei, but the kanji were misread by the manga editor as Noriaki, which became his official name. This fact has been referenced twice in the remix tree. One project's description claims that Tenmei is his long-lost cousin,[2], while another story includes "Tenmei" in his full name.[1]
  • The "Guangli" in his name is a reference to the Duwang translation of JoJo's, which briefly mistranslates Koichi Hirose's name as Guanglai Kangyi.
