Daddy Yankee is one of the creators of the song Despacito, along with Luis Fonsi. He exists in real life, but a version of him also appears in the remix world.
In Five Nights at Avocado Ian's v1.2, he has several different forms, based on different people who have collaborated with Fonsi to make versions of Despacito: Daddy Yankee, Justin Bieber, Israel Novaes, and JJ Lin. It's unclear if these are different people in-universe.
