{Despacito OVA} ft. Whole Horse is a project in the remix tree, and the twenty-fifth in the main branch. It marked fishfritters's formal departure from the remix tree, though he would occasionally return to make projects in later years, especially during challenges.
Summary
One by one, Killer Queen, Paula, and Avocado Ian appear in the subway, with an audio clip from JoJo's saying "Hayato". All three of them jumpscare the player at once, and the screen goes dark. A multitude of attacking noises from Fire Emblem can be heard, followed by a death sound. Ominous music plays, and each of the trio appears and fades away one by one with each beat of the music. The background turns red and their silhouettes move slowly into view, and the intro to Despacito plays while menacing onomatopoeia from JoJo's floats across the screen. Joseph Joestar predicts that the next line will be a very unacceptable meme, and right on cue, Luis Fonsi's voice saying "ayyy" transitions into I'm a Believer by Smash Mouth, and all three characters are revealed to be cosplaying as Shrek characters. The Popato Chisp appears spinning in the background.

- This is the first remix to feature a Pokémon, namely the Wingull in the thumbnail. Despite fishfritters and turtlehat being long-time fans of the series, no previous remices had referenced it.
- The Notes and Credits include Cave Johnson's "lemon rant" from Portal 2, first referenced in a remix with Pico's Bizarre Adventure 2.
