Crazy Noisy RPG-mix Tree, also referred to as just the RPGmix, was a planned remix-inspired RPG game in development by turtlehat and Mercenary_Connor from 2019 to 2021. It went through several stages of production problems, and was formally canceled in August of 2021.
History
2019
In January 2019, TriadHero117 floated the idea of a remix-based RPG, and turtlehat expressed interest. There was no further mention of the idea, until October of that year when Mercenary_Connor published A really good idea to do, actually. This project announced an RPG called "Crazy Noisy RPG-mix Tree". In a moment of foreshadowing, the announcement parodied the ending of Undertale Hard Mode by suggesting it might never come out.
2020
Several months later, in January 2020, Mercenary_Connor announced that he had lost all files on his computer, throwing the future of the RPGmix into uncertainty. However, Mercenary_Connor and turtlehat dropped some clues throughout 2020 that suggested it was still in production.
2021
Eventually, these clues were given a more concrete form on the remix tree's third anniversary, March 14, 2021. Mercenary_Connor released L̷̟̑ũ̵̩ā̶̞͜n̸̠͑̂c̸̖͗̌h̷̼̬̃̐ ̵͙̔T̸̘̒o̷̘̹͊̈́i̶̝̚m̵͖͐̌e̴͒̔ͅ, which started out as a glitched version of Luanch Toime!!!1!!. After the player ate the glitched food, Mercenary_Connor tried to help them defeat the Luanch Entity, but to no avail; the entity announced it was invincible, and took Mercenary_Connor in as a vessel. He also unshared all his projects, but reversed this decision in response to ZiqwerkelSharda's archivist-brained salt.
