Beany the Common Scaly-Foot is a character in the remix tree. His appearance is a default Scratch sprite of a snake recolored to have bright green scales.
History
Several copies of him covered the Burj Khalifa while Fugo, Melone, Joshu, the Dablings, and Daniel Delence Darby were partying. At that point in time, he hadn't slept in a week due to his fluorescent lime scales keeping him up at night.[1]
Trivia
- Beany's sleep deprivation was inspired by lines present under the eyes of the default sprite, which turtlehat thought resembled periorbital dark circles.
- Although his original sprite was a snake, common scaly-foots are actually legless lizards, not snakes.[2]
