Fugo and Melone have a contentious relationship. When Fugo asked for help from Melone, Melone entirely ignored him, and Fugo then started considering him a traitor to the cause. Though Fugo then started treating Melone as an ally, Melone doesn't seem to reciprocate the feelings of camaraderie; rather, he's just confused about the whole affair.[1]
